Questions to think about
What height should it sit above the surface? Should it be flush with adjacent surfaces?
Should it stick out of the ground as it is decorative?
How will you mow up to it if turf?
Will mulch spill over it or get kicked over by birds?
At what intervals do stakes need to be if necessary, and what should they be made of?
How deep should it be laid to stop turf going underneath?
Do any coatings need to be applied?
Is there a colour choice to make?
